Yes, you read it right—welcome. The leader of our country deserves our welcome and respect, no matter where we side with him on our nation’s issues. We need to honor and respect President Obama because of his office of authority.

We also need to continue our prayer support for the President as he heads into another term. Pray for the President’s safety, and ask that God will protect him, his family, and our other elected officials. Pray that President Obama will surround himself with godly leaders and be filled with divine insight—not natural human wisdom—whether it’s spoken through another person close to him or imparted supernaturally.
